On the friday we had four test sessions which allows us to fine tune the set up as this is the first time the drivers where on their own for the weekend, the first session went well. Louis quickly dialed into the track and was enjoying the session, the second followed the same trajectory; the pace got quicker each session.
Saturday consisted of qualifying and one race, the qualifying didn't go as planned as Louis could not connect a whole lap together meaning that he finished the qualifying session second in the rookie class for race one and two, for race three he was third in his class. The conditions in the first race where wet meaning it would be difficult to keep their cars on the road, Louis crossed the line in P3 for his class.
Sunday consisted of two races ( race two and three ). Race two's conditions where still damp and greasy meaning that it was extremely difficult to navigate the circuit, Louis ended up finishing P3 in his class once again. Race three's conditions had majorly improved to a fully dry but green track, a late race safety car allowed Louis to close back up the pack allowing him to finish in P1 for his class. This was crucial as it means Louis is now leading the Rookie Championship going into Brands Hatch!
